Because food is bae!

By Hand On The Hip - 3/02/2017

Bonjour!

Today's post is going to be slightly different from my usual topics. And as you might have guessed from the title, yes, it is about, my bae, your bae, everyone's bae, *drumroll*, FOOOOD! :D Omigosh! That was so dramatic! But anyway, a couple of weeks ago a food blogger friend, Purni, who has an amazing food blog that's called Purni's Food Blog, asked me if I wanted to fill in for her. Why would anyone say no to food? :D And here I am talking about my experience with Pastaroma. It was an absolute pleasure being there, meeting the owners and the chefs, chilling with other food bloggers and most importantly, having the opportunity to take my taste buds for a treat!

We were served some delicious Penne Alla Arabbiatta, Fusili Alfredo, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Ravioli, Lasagna, Cheese Garlic Bread and on special request, two bowls of Caesar Salad and Greek Salad. I liked how all of the pasta was creamy and tasty and not spicy at all, maintaining the real taste of Italy. Every item on the menu is reasonably priced for the quality of the food. You can enjoy a delicious meal at Pastaroma without having to burn a hole in your pocket! What say? We also consumed some refreshing Tomato Basil Soup. Since I was suffering from a throat infection, the soup was a savior! ( Please excuse my poor photography skills :D )

The best part is yet to come! We were stuffed by the end of the day because of all the mouth-watering desserts we were served. Be it the Lava Cake or the Tiramisu or the Blueberry Cheesecake, let me just say that I had never eaten such amazing pastries anywhere in the world!

The chef, Amiel, is a French-Italian, young, handsome man who has travelled all over the world and has an unexplainable passion for cooking. He has worked for Café Noir in the past and his love for cooking makes this place a super duper hit. Every dish is coated with love and lots of love.

If you are a real foodie, then this place is definitely worth a try!

Love,
Hand On The Hip
